25 Minute Treadmill Interval Workout
This workout incorporates both incline and speed. Both training methods have great benefits. By combining speed with incline, this is a workout that is going to push you to your limits. You can adjust the speed and incline to better suit your goals. Just remember that you should be reaching 70% to 80% of your maximum effort throughout these intervals. Your active rest periods are during the 1.0% incline intervals and should be enough rest to catch your breath.

Speed Training Interval Workout
This is a great interval routine for the treadmill that you can add to the end of any workout. You’ll burn out whatever strength you have left and also teach your body to move faster at the same time. But remember, save it for the end of your workout because you should have nothing left after this one! Adjust your speed if necessary.
